1) Confirm the location.

Be sure to confirm the location/timezone in which you are booking in your original confirmation email (be mindful that the time may show differently if you saved it automatically to your Google or Apple Calendar). A deposit are required for reservations and is counted toward the service. Cards are never saved on file for your security.

2) Please Arrive On Time.

If you don’t arrive within fifteen minutes of your booked time, we will have to reschedule your appointment and/or may be charged 100% of the deposit.

3) Booking Is Limited.

Refer to the Reschedule/Cancel link in your original email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours from your appointment time or you may be charged 100% of the deposit for the service booked.

4) Please Arrive with your Hair Prepped.

Make sure your hair has been cleansed with shampoo, detangled gently with conditioner, and open air dry naturally with little to no products (if possible).

5). Adjustments & Returns

By consulting to a hair service, you agree that all services done by Andrea are non refundable. If you are in any way unhappy with your service and want to adjust the outcome, please contact us to schedule an appointment for an adjustment within seven days.

We accept unused product returns for store credit only. We do not accept returns for products that have been used.

All Deposits are fully refundable as long as the cancellation/rescheduling is completed 48hrs to the time of your service. You can make changes to your appointment through the link ‘Cancel/Reschedule’ link in the initial email conformation.

Deposits are also non-refundable for missed appointments due to timezone differences so you can reach out andrea@brazilianstylist.com for any clarity prior to your appointment.

Allow 2-7 business days for funds to transfer back to your bank.

Wash with shampoo, gently detangle with conditioner, and allow hair to air dry naturally with little to no products (if possible). Avoid any styles that manipulate the natural patterns of the hair. Please refrain from coming in with wet hair.

Hair prepping allows us to perform the best work on your most authentic texture with as much smooth sailing as possible. Seeing and really feeling your raw hair texture helps us see what is really going on and how the natural elements, lifestyle, products are affecting your hair. Hair prepping makes our service together more enjoyable as well!

Although it is very rare that Andréa would refuse a service, it is important to review the hair prep guide to avoid any risk of extra fees and loss of time. Please reach out for any advice or help [andrea@brazilianstylist.com]. Cancelled appointments resulting in not following policies or hair prep will be charged for the full service and are non-refundable.

This booking are for cuts, treatments, and styling only. Color Services may be provided by Andrea but must have a curly cut appointment first. Andrea’s shared focus on hair health only and using clean, low toxic, and natural products. Andrea does not perform chemical services that use bleach.

These services are for every human being with any pattern [coily, swavy, wavy, straight, loose, tight, curly], every texture fabric [fine, medium, coarse, silky, soft, matte], any density [low and high], and length whom desire to wear their hair in a manner that best suits their lifestyle and reflect their most authentic self. Barbering services are not done [fades or designs], please contact your favorite barber.

New appointments are made available one month in advance on the 1st of every month [dates for the month of April become available March 1st].

'No dates available', mean those specific dates are not available. You may check back on this site for any cancellations or set a reminder for the next month to get your desired appointment. There is no cancellation/waiting list.

Announcements are shared via social media (Instagram) or via email newsletter when Andrea will be in your city so you can sign up for the email newsletter to stay updated on future visits or turn on notifications on IG!

Please allot a minimum of 2 hours for the hair service. The duration depends on the density and length of the hair. Following hair prep instructions helps a timely flow of the session.

Yes. All cuts are uniquely textured-focused.

Haircuts are determined by New and Returning Client Only (if less than 4 months from the last haircut with Andrea) and never based on the type of hair texture or length.
